Louisville, Ky. (WHAS11) – Louisville Metro Police are investigating after a three-year-old wandered into a Portland neighborhood bar alone a little before 11 p.m. Wednesday.
Police say that they then found the child's home. Inside, was a three-week-old infant, home alone.
