I have the Turner Classic Network on I like to listen to old classic movies when I am rearranging furniture or cleaning etc etc....anyway they were giving Meryl Streep a Bette Davis award for acting etc etc...and she is a big fan of Bette Davis, so they show this clip of a Bette davis movie I have not seen, and My GOODNESS what a SCENE !!! I loved it, now I want to see this movie. It's amazing how much drama also the kinds of serious topics movies back in the 30's and 40's had.

I watched the whole movie last night and my GAWD was she ever a Horrid character, she devastated the man in the movie, Bette Davis is sooo good at Vampy Bitches WOW, and i felt so sorry for the guy character in the movie I mean so tragic what she put him through. Anyway I can't wait to catch more Bette Davis flicks.

Probably my favorite Orson Wells film he's only in it few minutes though. they say it's film nior but it's so European I have a hard time thinking of it that way exactly.
