This is exactly what I've said on different occasions. They DON'T WANT TO SECURE OUR BORDERS BECAUSE THEY WANT THEIR BUTTS SCRATCHED. THEY WANT SOMETHING IN RETURN AND WHAT THEY WANT IS TO HAVE THE COMPREHENSIVE IMMIGRATION LAWS ENACTED......

Therefore, they leave all those Americans left hanging out in the wind.....to put up with the illegals and deal with them anyway they can....And by doing nothing, the gov't forced Arizonas hand because Az decided to enforce the law to get rid of the illegals....
