The Constitution is an Inconvenient Truth for most libs. He is no different in that regard. Those kind of statements will add a bit of fuel to the fire on the controversy regarding Obama's citizenship. Maybe he is staqrting to build his defense in anticipation of the news release that he himself is not a US citizen!
