Anyone following this on fox news?

Doj has mandated that they wont pursue cases in voter intimidation if the victims are white?

Please post any news or links you might have on this, im going to do more later.

I have to find a link for the defendent in the case the doj dropped the case and one of the employees resigned over it, in which he calls for killing whites, he hates whites, all whites, and killing white babies

there is video of that, then he was standing at a polling place in penn. With a "billy club" in military garb, and the doj dropped the case against him because it wont pursue cases of blacks intimidating whites.

I have never in my lifetime seen a more blatant case of government sanctioned racism, and it's only just begun.

The minorities are not even going to wait for their numbers to surpass the white population, estimated to occur in 2047.

They are anxious to begin their oppression of the evil white race as soon as possible and Obama has given them courage to do so.

This is actually happening people...Any white person who supports Obama's socialist policies or votes to re-elect him in 2012, is a fool.

We had better learn to stick together as a race...No one else is going to be our allie in what we and our children must face in the coming days.

Never forget that 96% of black America supports Obama...We need 96% of white America to abandon political correctness and support the white race.

They refused to forget the past and embrace the future while all we wanted was to get along and live in peace...They keep the hate and racism alive, not us.

Well it looks like some retirees from DOJ are ready to stand with Adams:

...First, here is Asheesh Agarwal. From 2006-2008, Asheesh Agarwal served as a deputy assistant attorney general in the Civil Rights Division. In that position, Agarwal supervised the Division’s Voting Section, which included Adams, and worked directly with Adams on several matters. Agarwal is currently an attorney in private practice.

During his tenure with the Department of Justice’s Voting Section, J. Christian Adams was a model attorney who vigorously enforced federal voting rights laws on behalf of all voters, without respect to race or ideology. Mr. Adams was also one of the most productive and successful voting attorneys in recent memory.

His victories include two cases on behalf of African-American voters under Section 2 of the Voting Rights Act, two cases on behalf of white voters under Section 2, and six cases on behalf of Hispanic voters under Section 203 of the Voting Rights Act. He also brought and won three cases on behalf of military voters. Having worked closely with Mr. Adams for several years, I can attest to the unsurpassed quality of his character, judgment, and commitment to the cause of civil rights on behalf of all Americans.

– Asheesh Agarwal

UPDATE: Mark Corallo, former Department of Justice director of public affairs, submits a statement to Pajamas Media:

As the Department of Justice director of public affairs under Attorney General John Ashcroft, I witnessed the hostility of the “career” Civil Rights Division attorneys firsthand.

Internal disagreements over policy routinely became matters for the press, via leaks to reporters or leaks to Democrat members of Congress. They had no compunction about breaking the ethical requirement of attorneys to keep those internal deliberations confidential.

I am not surprised that the Department is attacking J. Christian Adams. The Civil Rights Division attorneys have no interest in the rule of law as written and passed by Congress — the New Black Panther case is glaring proof that the Division has an agenda. If Congress was truly interested in oversight, there would be hearings on this case and others.

J. Christian Adams did the honorable thing in resigning and speaking out.

Democrats constantly complained about the lack of oversight when Republicans were the majority party in Congress. Can any reasonable person imagine the Democrats ignoring a case of blatant violations of the Voting Rights Act (captured on video) brought by career Civil Rights Division attorneys being dismissed by a Republican attorney general?

Any veteran of the Justice Department should be outraged.

More are expected in the coming days...

Anyhting I can do to further your education GAbby

Yesterday, 140 million Americans - a staggering 65% of the registered electorate - cast their votes to make Barack Obama the 44th president of the United States of America. Here we show how the results break down...
Black Americans

95% of black voters went to the ballot for Obama and only 4% for McCain.
Obama has succeeded in mobilising African-American voters who, although strongly Democratic, have in the past been apathetic in turning out to vote.
Yesterday's surge in black voters, however, only boosted black turnout by two percentage points from 11% to 13%.
As in previous years, more black women turned out than men.

Anyhting I can do to further your education GAbbyThanks Red...I have posted this fact so many times that it's impossible to believe that everyone here doesn't see it in their sleep.

I myself have seen and heard this statistic so many times that it's hard to believe there are people anywhere who are ignorant to it.

The Democrat Party actually refers to Black America as their most loyal voting block...For Christ sake, this is common knowledge folks.

Gabby's ability to see only what she wants is the result of voluntary liberal ignorance and she never produces any basis for her position.

I will be interested to see if Gabby responds to the link she asked for - or will ignore it as she does most facts presented that go against her predetermined pov's

Mr Obama has succeeded in mobilising African-American voters to his cause to an unprecedented extent, although they were already strongly Democratic.

He won 95% of the black vote, compared to just 4% for Mr McCain.

This has to be some of the most infuriating bullshit to come out of this administration yet. Does this scare anyone else? I'm in awe!

It scares the hell out of me as it is obvious the Federal Govt is and has been grabbing much too much power.

It will eventually be our downfall. Its not a matter of "if", but "when" we have our downfall.
Downfalls come during a time when no one expects it, take Rome for example, or our defeat of the British in the revolutionary war.

The enemy is within.
EVERYTHING, EVERYTHING is trending towards an implosion.
