White SF officer gets lesser sentence in death of black train rider

A former BART security officer, who is white, received the lesser punishment after being found guilty of shooting a black man at a train station. Hog Trash will be pleased.

I knew this was going to happen. According to news reports, there was a militant group gathered that was going to cause trouble no matter what the decision was.
The original protests were angry, but peaceful. Once they dispersed, the militant group moved in. It was a mixed race group comprised of primarily non-Bay Area people. Some were suspected to be among the militants that protested in Toronto.
