Lawmakers have little control over health care costs

Upset over the rise costs of health care and the fact you have little control over them? Look no further than the insurance companies and health care providers themselves. They funnel so much money into lobbyists and campaign contributions that they can pretty much do what they want.
This says what I knew all along -- that health care providers are no better than organized crimes in setting premiums and costs. It's extortion and robbery.

Really, Gabby?! I thought Dems believe the government (lawmakers) can do anything they want. Why don't they pass legislation to curb the runaway premiums? Because they are corrupt and want the money the lobbyists give them. So, don't pretend they have no control!! The only thing they don't have control over at this time is their own corrupt natures.
