LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) – Bristol Palin is coming to Louisville next month to speak at a fundraising dinner for teenage mothers. The Lifehouse Maternity home says they're bringing the daughter of former Alaska Governor Sarah Palin to town because she represents the story of many teenage mothers.
Bristol announced her pregnancy during her mother's 2008 campaign, but re-emerged in the headlines with her on-and-off engagement with Levi Johnston. The two have since split.
Organizers say Bristol Palin is getting paid for the event, but did not say how much.
Either way, good cause and she's making some dough of her own doing it.
