Eating watercress every day could help to prevent breast cancer, researchers have found.

The 'super food' can help to 'turn off' a signal in the body and thereby help starve the tumour of essential blood and oxygen, according to experts at the University of Southampton.

While I don't know anything about the story a word of warning about the source, the dailymail is one of those newspapers that runs a story on cancer and what causes/prevents it every day of the week lol.

I've never really heard anything about the UoS but looking up the Uni league table for the year it came in 18th this year, and 22nd last year, which are both very good scores, well ahead of some top universities like Bristol and Manchester.
