Rep Jim Moran (D-VA) showed his civility in an interview with an Arab TV network when he said the Dems lost the 2010 election because many Americans did not want a black President

Here is the civility of Mr Moran

... happened because of the same reason the Civil War happened in the United States. The Civil War happened because the Southern states, particularly the slaveholding states, didn't want to see a president who was opposed to slavery. In this case a lot of people in this country, I believe, don't want to be governed by an African American, particularly one who is inclusive, who is liberal, who wants to spend money on everyone and who wants to reach out to include everyone in our society. That's a basic philosophical clash.

I guess he missed the 2008 election results

Another one that can't understand that Americans don't want a socialist president.

When Obama called for more civility it looks like the Dems understood it only to apply to Republicans

In the "minds" of liberals it is not logical for anyone to oppose big government liberalsim

What would a thread about liberal civility be without hearing from Alan Colmes?

(and as a benefit we see Megyn Kelly)

While the Democrats are on their soapbox about vicious uncivility, they want you to forget about the following.

Seeing the severed head of President Bush in a trash can is civil? Must have been a few radical Muslims among them or the libs are no better than the terrorists. Pick the mote out of your own eye before castigating others.

Don't tell me this is the first time you ever saw an example of liberal civility?

This is perfectly acceptable for any liberal to say this about Pres Bush

Now if someone had said this about pres Obama, Ms Pelosi, Mr Reid, or any other person with a "D" at the end of their name - well you know what the reaction would be

If not for double standards liberals would have no standards at all
