Anybody else get OldMercs Dear John letter? (I think that's pun, maybe just ironic)

I'd just begun to find him entertaining and he bolts, objections to censorship or some such. I know some were moved to the cage, as they were inflammatory, but his posts weren't deleted were they?

I did and it was in pm. I have to agree though that I was just beginning to enjoy his style and he says he's taking a break. I hope he returns faster than he plans.

You were just beginning to enjoy his "style"? I tended to skip his posts that used the same letter more than 3 times in a row.

I have to admit I don't enjoy reading all those folksy half-typed words, but I don't want him to leave.

I am not aware of any censorship by us of his posts.
