Out of curiosity, how long were these children exposed to you as a counselor before they committed these crimes?

Second, this has NOTHING to do with constitutional rights, this has EVERYTHING to do with POOR parenting..... Plain and simple.. The irresponsible person that needs to be blamed is the parent especially in the 6 year olds case.. The 12 year old should know better and if not once again a failing on the parent.

If you think otherwise please tell us why its the constitutions fault when a parent fails?!?!?!?!

Ah, so are we to judge everything now by the least responsible element of society using it? Because I could bring the number of irresponsible drinkers, drivers, and other such folk who has used common items for criminal purposes.
