I don't have a specific place in mind yet, but I would like to retire somewhere that has an average temperature of 70 degrees, within walking distance of 1) a public library, 2) a grocery store, 3) a good fishing stream......I will also desire a high speed internet access......

I have been looking at this thread for days now and hoping to reply. I can't seem to come up with an answer.
