Put an offer on a house tonite. 1900sq ft, 2+ acres, outbuildings, stocked pond, park-like setting. :)

That sounds pretty awesome. Is it in a rural setting? Make sure you post pictures after you close. :cheers2:

Stocked pond?!?!?!?!?!?! Heaven!!!

Good luck, but remember to keep the lawn size as small as possible. I hate cutting the damn lawn.

I recommend a stage 2 John Deere for fastest cutting.

I don't worry about lawn-size and mowing...I have a wife for that.

Pond isn't huge - but 15 feet deep; about, hrm...50 feet by 100 feet? something like that? Current owner says her nephews and hubby have pulled 10" or so fish from the pond. She lost some last year because she neglected to drill holes in the frozen-over pond. Will PM a photo of the back yard to ya.

Given my occupation, my first thought about the pond would be "how many bodies are buried down there?"
