Thank you, Abbey! So exciting and I can't believe where the time has gone! The son from VA flew in this evening, staying with the youngest. The boys and their gf/fiances coming for breakfast tomorrow. Rehearsal is at 1, followed by luncheon. Then off for manicures/pedicures. I am so excited for my daughter, her and her fiance are perfect for one another. He drew her this pic for present:

The youngest son's quote on their site for the pic:

Just like real life, he's trying to enjoy his computer and you're preventing it

She had some 40's type 'pin up girl' pics taken professionally, here's one:

She is attractive. ;) Actually she is a college recruiter and sings professionally. Shyness is not one of her failings. LOL!

I will try to get some pics up after the wedding.

Whew, what a day. Up around 5, friend over for coffee at 7. Boys over at 8, made pancakes and juice. They took off to pick up tuxes. Ran to get car cleaned, gassed, and of course to the bank. :(

Came home, showered, did hair, make up which I usually do not wear. Figured I need practice for tomorrow. Rehearsal was at 1. Place is just gorgeous, colors are stupendous. Luckily I just walk down the aisle with my son, light a candle with groom's mother and sit. I can do that! Went to luncheon at Giordano's. Salad, spaghetti, garlic bread, and pizza! Lordy, I was full!

Then off for manicure and pedicure with my friend and her daughter, one of the bridesmaids. We ended up talking until 25 minutes ago. I'm so tired, but tomorrow is going to be wonderful!

It was fun!

Now here I sit at 4 am, just out of shower and facing the dilemma, 'do I put on make-up first or dress?' LOL! In this case, I'll choose the make-up. I can step into dress. ;)

I wrote my letter to my daughter and future son-in-law, I'm hoping those tears get me through the ceremony! It was a good thing I got myself to bed so early, I woke up at 3. It's going to be a long day, but a happy one.

no doubt the bride is so beautiful & glowing on her wedding day, but that brides mother looks equally beautiful in my opinion.

Perfect for moms at home with kids. ;)

Regarding how fast our kids grow up. 'Arsenic hour' was the time before dinner and dad coming home, to give us a break from the kiddies. We were stay-at-homes.

Both bride and groom are artistic, her for music-thus the singing to the couple that i think I omitted. I've no clue how to post video/audio. Their friends are also very artistic, thus the gifts, including the sign in stones.

So much of their wedding was artistic. Me? Art and myself don't even blow kisses, though I really love to see it. It's a case of 'knowing it when I see it.' In this case, these artistic types were smacking me right and left! My daughter sung 2 jazz numbers to her husband, then a blues number with lots of heat.

They challenged their audience to serenade them, with relevant songs. Seriously various groups did, from tables, to groomsmen/bridesmaids/siblings. All too applause! I never saw anything like it. Bunch of artists. Yep, even in gifts. Sign in book for wishes for couple, hand made 12 tiles. Unbelievable. They had gifts of photos, oil portraits and Japanese cartoon style. So much talent among less than 125.

I totally lack talent in fine arts. Surprise to no one here. That my kids have mega gifts, probably due to father, though my mom was renown locally for singing and debate, back in the 1930's.
