When the person they are watching is NJ Gov Christie. Amazing how libs lecture others not to judge people by race, or appearance - but they are tossing out the fat insults on Gov Christie on a daily basis

Is there a coordinated effort in some sections of the media to focus attention on New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie’s weight?

Earlier today The Blaze published a story (http://www.theblaze.com/stories/playing-the-weight-card-chris-christies-heft-is-it-a-legitimate-campaign-issue/) addressing an opinion piece from Eugene Robinson, focusing on Christie’s weight and printed in the Washington Post.

Robinson was not alone in his “weightism.”

On Bloomberg.com, Michael Kinsey (http://www.bloomberg.com/news/2011-09-30/requiem-for-a-governor-before-he-s-in-the-ring-michael-kinsley.html) opened up his latest column with this rather strong statement:

Look, I’m sorry, but New Jersey Governor Chris Christie cannot be president: He is just too fat. Maybe, if he runs for president and we get to know him, we will overlook this awkward issue because we are so impressed with the way he stands up to teachers’ unions. But we shouldn’t overlook it — unless he goes on a diet and shows he can stick to it.
Kinsey claims to have forgiven President Obama for smoking – and he hints that Obama is still lighting up – despite what we’re told. He’s also forgiven Bill Clinton for his sexual indiscretions, but Christie’s weight is not something the liberal writer is willing to let slide.

Controlling what you eat and how much is not easy, and it’s harder for some people than for others. But it’s not as difficult as curing a chemical addiction. With a determined, disciplined effort, Christie could thin down, and he should — because the obesity epidemic is real and dangerous. And the president inevitably sets an example.

and we have this from Rev Al. Again, this guy is commenting about someone elses weight? When they take a picture of Rev Al they need a wide angle lens to get his full frame in the picture
