This was at the film festival in Qatar, where a woman was slapped in the face for simply wanting to get her picture taken with him. One Muslim group has in fact spoken up and demanded an apology from him, which they will likely never hear from him.
My question is - why would he not be charged with assault? Is it not against the law to assault a woman in Qatar?
