Last night was at a concert i thought i'd never get to see, Tori Amos >,<
I've been a fan of hers from i was 15 or so, after seeing her '96 glastonberry performance, but she rarely tours to the UK and this was the first time she'd been in Northern Ireland in 17 years. She was here promoting her new album (Night of the Hunter, which is of course fantastic)
The seats were awesome, only a few rows back and dead centre, and tori herself could't of been better; doing song requests, chatting to the audience, ad-libbing little songs when she messed up words etc and her voice & panio playing was everything you'd expect from someone so obviously gifted.

And the first song i ever heard her sing that started my tori love -

There have been quite a few bands/singers i've wanted to see and have seen, some have lived up to expectations and others not so much, but if you are a Tori fan and haven't been to a show i must implore that you do,.
