ROFL, this is so sad, but I almost kicked a guy out of our WoW guild because his girlfriend was trying to score some "personal" time while we were doing a guild meet-up and wouldn't hop off. I think my exact statement was "Look! Dude, I have seen your girlfriend, and I am close enough to drive up there. I am single, and if you won't have sex with her, I WILL! Now logoff before I bounce you outta the guild.

Though it has long been a theory of my that Leeroy-Jenkins had a gf waiting in the wings irl and he couldn't find the words to explain it to his group, so instead he uttered the immortal words...

LOL No shit, I've been playing online games before and overheard many conversations over the headset where guys wouldn't get offline and give their girl some attention. Duh, it's a video game.

In my experience, guys generally tend to do better when they believe there's a chance they could lose the girl they're with. Not that they'd cheat, just that they might decide to go find something better. I could understand if she was trying to get attention every time she signed on, but this was the woman who ordered out for pizza, wings, and snag some 2-liters cause he had a big guild raid coming up.
