That's what the leftist fanatics's claims amount to.

Some of the sillier Democrats have been saying that Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas has a conflict of interest, not because he works for or favors any particular advocacy group, but because his WIFE works for one.

I'm guessing Justice Thomas is likely to find Obamacare unconstitutional. Anybody disagree?

Let's have a show of hands. How many honestly think there would be any more chance of Justice Thomas changing his vote to "constitutional" on the upcoming Obamacare case if his wife didn't work for any such group?

Seriously?

Clarence Thomas will do whatever his wife and political handlers tell him to do. He has repeatedly demonstrated that proclivity.

I know it really pisses off liberals to see Justice Thomas actually interpret the US Constitution and not twist it like a pretzel to conform to the liberal ideology

Justice Thomas sees the US Constitution as a limit on the power of the Federal government, while liberals see it as a hindrance to expanding the power and size of the Federal government
