I knew him since he was 6 years old and he certainly was a Master Chief in the US Navy and was one of the members of Seal Team 6 who was killed when their helicopter was shot down in Afghanistan last year.
It's a simple enough matter to do a Google search on the name to confirm that information.
No Green Forest is not the school district that I serve as a school board member.
