Well, maybe not that party, but a party in New Orleans after the big game. An Alabama fan came across an LSU fan, who was passed out, so he thought he would be funny and "teabag" him, and film it no less! He's now been arrested and charged with sexual battery. If you don't know what "tea bagging" is, and why many were offended when the term was used to describe those in the Tea Party Movement, then read the article:

NEW ORLEANS (AP) -- An Alabama man was arrested late Wednesday in connection with a video appearing to show someone in a University of Alabama jacket abusing an unconscious Louisiana State University fan after Alabama beat LSU for the BCS football championship.

Brian Downing, 32, of Smiths Station, Ala., was booked on charges of sexual battery and obscenity. He was videotaped Jan. 9 "placing his genitals on an LSU fan's face. The LSU fan appears to be heavily inebriated and practically unconscious," a police statement said.

That videotape, the last minute of which shows a man in a red Alabama jacket simulating a sex act, went viral on the Internet.

Police said sex crimes detectives met Downing at his attorney's office in New Orleans, where officers arrested him. Downing looked at the ground as officers escorted him in handcuffs into the jail. Neither he nor the officers answered questions.

Downing's actions were videotaped about 11:45 p.m. Jan. 9, at a restaurant on Bourbon Street, police said.

They said LSU and Alabama University campus police helped them collect information and evidence needed to get a warrant for Downing's arrest.

Downing is a second cousin of Russell County, Ala., Sheriff Heath Taylor, who earlier Thursday had said Downing was on his way from Alabama to New Orleans to surrender.

Taylor told The Associated Press that he learned from other family members Thursday morning that Downing had been identified as the man shown exposing himself and then simulating a sex act above the head of an apparently unconscious man in an LSU-purple shirt. Taylor said he had not seen the video or asked Downing about the case.

Why do people do this stuff and then stupidly post it on YouTube? Have they not yet figured out that it can and likely will be traced back to them?

I know right. I mean that's funnier than fuck, teabagging a passed out football fan, and hardly a sex crime; but good God who videotapes that shit and then posts it on the internet ?

Put that shit on your phone and show it to everyone of your friends, but don't put it out there where strangers can find it.

I wasn't gonna say anything, but I laughed my ass off when I first read the article. I'm not saying anyone deserves that if they pass out in public, but fucked up things happen when you do! Funny, but if it were ME, I would ensure the charges stuck. I personally would consider it a sexual battery if I woke up and found a set of nads draped across my head.

Always funny, till they land on YOUR head! :laugh2:

I SERIOUSLY doubt there is a person here who didn't at least snicker when they read this . I mean come on, your dumb ass passes out in New Orleans of all places and you gotta know someone is going to fuck with you.

And don't think for an instant that the only reason the LSU fan was pissed is because he didn't think of it first. Them are the dirtiest, low brow football fans in the world.

I wouldn't have pressed charges mostly because I wouldn't have wanted to publicly acknowledge that some dude videotaped himself slapping me in the face with his dick.

Alabama fans: Not that smart along with select fans from all major colleges

Known fact.

The Auburn oak tree killer is in custody, but damage is already done ... (http://rivals.yahoo.com/ncaa/football/blog/dr_saturday/post/The-Auburn-oak-tree-killer-is-in-custody-but-da?urn=ncaaf-322882)

To be fair, that idiot doesn't represent ALL Bama fans. In fact University of Alabama alumni collected over $100K and donated it to the people who are trying to save that tree.

I mean of course there are some dumb Bama fans, but not all of them are.

No, I've read more than enough on that story over the last few months so felt no need to read another link. If your link mentions the donations, fine..

I didn't. I think it's childish and stupid. What fan(atic) of a team for a school they probably never attended that it happened to is irrelevant. The "dirtiest, low-brow fans" in the world are ANYONE that acts like a 3 years old over a stupid game.

Gunny while unlike Connie, I wouldn't teabag a dude I also gotta place a little bit of blame at the feet of the LSU fan, unwise to drink to the point of passing out with so many Tide fans trolling about. He was just asking for somebody to fuck with him.

I understand what you are saying, but I disagree. I've noticed from tv in recent years people quit drawing the line with practical jokes. I think they're idiots. When I was college-age, if you passed out, a couple of Marines just moved you out of way and continued on with the party.

I've never played a paractical joke on anyone that I can recall, and for a simple reason: I don't like them played on me BECAUSE some morons don't know where to draw the line. Had I been that LSU fan, a lawsuit would be unnecessary, and quite posthumous.

I doubt that when this guy woke up if he even knew without this video coming up what even happened to him. Yeah I agree, it was over the top.
