For an alleged expert on Constitutional law, Obama seems to be ignorant of what exactly the role of the Judiciary is. A panel of appeals judges is schooling him publicy...that's gotta smart.

Obama also apparently clueless in Constitutional history. The SCOTUS has struck down 150 "laws constituted by the duly-elected members of congress" over the years. I'd hardly call that "unprecedented".

The man taught Constitutional Law and somehow forgets the landmark case of Marbury vs. Madison in 1803 which set the precedent for the Supreme Court's power to declare a law as unconstitutional? No, I don't think so. He knows damn well the Supreme Court's power to strike down ObamaCare is about as unprecedented as the sunrise but believes the American people are too stupid to know any better.
