I just refinished my headlights on two vehicles with this kit:

http://www.amazon.com/Custom-Chemical-Packaging-HLR-200R-Headlight/dp/B004II90OM

The results are OUTSTANDING! The process uses an electric drill and a spray bottle with plain water. Took less than an hour to do both cars. The kit comes with 2 refinishing pads...I did all 4 headlights with 1 pad, so it's possible you could do 3 or 4 cars with one kit. You would just have to do all the prep on all the cars first and then "polish" all of the cars last.

I HIGHLY recommend this product to anyone with cloudy headlights.

And on Amazon no less...

My 4 Runner is 8 years old with only 63k on it now, but I'm starting to see a little cloudiness in them. I added this product to the cart, on my wife's account!

Hell, you should have ordered a lot more than this product if you could charge it to her!

My dad does this for customers, $50 a vehicle. but he has a professional quality kit. Cost like $400 comes with a cleaning solution and a sealant that supposedly prevents it from happening again.

Much cheaper than buying new headlights.

By the way they sale those DYI kits at either autozone or oreilly for less than $20 if you just want to go buy one.
