I'm sure it's because Con's name is a different color than regular members. Sponsors and staff have different colors, while regular members have the default.

Well, I'm a supporting member because I bought Jim a case of beer; but he wanted a fifth to make me a mod and I said noway I was buying him a fifth. Rumor is that DMP bought him a keg to become an admin.
