Depends on context of the quote.

Though I do have to remember the wise words of Reagan: "Those who quote Marx are communists. Those who understand Marx are Capitalists"

Karl or Harpo?

What did Harpo say?

Not much so I'd be really worried if he were quoted. ;)

Some Marx quotes are wonderful, others aren't. One of my favs -

"Anyone who knows anything of history knows that great social changes are impossible without feminine upheaval. Social progress can be measured exactly by the social position of the fair sex, the ugly ones included."

True, with a sarky twist at the end, what more could you want in a quote.

I find television very educating. Every time somebody turns on the set, I go into the other room and read a book.

I read in the newspapers they are going to have 30 minutes of intellectual stuff on television every Monday from 7:30 to 8. to educate America. They couldn't educate America if they started at 6:30.

the quote i will add to the end of every terrorist and TSA thread from now on.

Politics is the art of looking for trouble, finding it everywhere, diagnosing it incorrectly and applying the wrong remedies.

For the bureaucrat, the world is a mere object to be manipulated by him.
