Did you miss where he accepted the debate with proviso?



Brown yesterday accepted a proposed Sept. 27 debate sponsored by the Democrat-dominated Edward M. Kennedy Institute at the University of Massachusetts at Boston under two conditions — that local media, not MSNBC, sponsor the showdown, and that Kennedy pledge she won’t endorse anyone in the race.
