Some are saying that this will save people money. Some just say it won't cost us anymore than it already does. So if there are so many tax increases, and it's going to cost billions and billions and billions over the next 10 years alone - WHO do these people think are going to foot the bill?

“It will be a short-lived celebration in the White House,” said Republican pollster Whit Ayres. “Obama now goes into the fall campaign defending a law that most Americans think will increase their health care costs, their premiums, their taxes and the deficit. He also has to defend raising taxes on all Americans, which he pledged not to do.”

Sen. Mike Lee, Utah Republican and a member of the tea party caucus, said Mr. Obama’s victory will be “fleeting” and argued that most Americans didn’t like the law’s individual mandate in the first place.

“They’ll like it even less when they understand it’s a tax,” Mr. Lee said on Fox News.

The high court’s ruling leaves in place 21 tax increases in the health care law costing more than $675 billion over the next 10 years, according to the House Ways and Means Committee. Of those, 12 tax hikes would affect families earning less than $250,000 per year, the panel said, including a “Cadillac tax” on high-cost insurance plans, a tax on insurance providers and an excise tax on medical-device manufacturers.

“This is a clear violation of the president’s pledge to avoid tax hikes on low- and middle-income taxpayers,” said a statement from the panel, which is chaired by Rep. Dave Camp, Michigan Republican.

On the campaign trail four years ago and since taking office, Mr. Obama has been fond of saying that middle-class families will not see their taxes rise “a single dime” under his leadership.

I wouldn't call that a re-estimate because it covers a different time period. However there is no way that those estimates will pan out.

But the fact is, the underlying costs of healthcare as a total will now increase. There are in fact tax increases associated with this act as well. How much for sure is yet to be seen, but the costs will in fact go up. The majority of increases will in one way or another be passed on to the taxpayers.

As usual. Many who admire Obama, and the Democrat, Socialist ways of thinking, and politics will, and must Deny there will be Increases in Taxes after Obamacare begins in full, come 2014.

I say. Let them keep thinking, and believing that. They voted for it. Let them think they are right.

The truth will come falling down on them, long before Obamacare takes full effect, when they happily learn...If Obama wins a 2nd term...how the Bush Tax Cuts will be allowed to expire, and those 21 new taxes in Obamacare will look like a bump in the road.

For all of you who insist Obama and the Dems are as Pure as the Fallen Snow, when it comes to telling you the truth.

Don't believe us. Keep telling us we're liars, keep calling us Racists because we disagree with Obama as long as you like.
Soon enough. If Obama wins in November.
Remember how many of us tried to warn you about the Largest Tax Increase In U.S. History today, and previously.

The happy day for you will arrive, when the IRS knocks on your door.
You know? Those New 1300 IRS agents Obama, and the Dems authorized in the Obama Health Care Package... YOUR OBAMA BLESSING!

This board leans mostly right.

Outside of a few real nuts, I doubt many think Obama is great, just like outside of a few nuts I doubt many think he is evil. On or off the board, I think most people simply agree or disagree with his politics in varying degrees.
