to have martial law declared?

Chicago is in the grips of a deadly gang war. At least 275 people have been killed in the city so far this year and many more have been shot, many of them innocent bystanders to the gang violence. Among the latest victims were 12- and 13-year-old girls shot Tuesday night. They survived.Sgt. Matt Little leads one of the teams in Chicago's Gang Enforcement Unit. There are about 200 such officers in the city-- versus 100,000 gang members."Almost all the violence we're seeing now is from the gangs," Little said. "When there's a shooting we'll respond to the shooting. We'll figure out where we believe the most likely area for retaliation is and we'll work that area trying to both prevent retaliation and possibly build a case on offenders."

Sadly, most of the killings are people getting out of their homes to cool off. The gangs open up and bullets fly. Most of Chicagoans and visitors are not in these neighborhoods.

BTW, Chicago has the strictest gun control laws in the country, outside of DC. Another city with a serious murder rate. One would almost conclude that gun control laws make murder easier.

The murder rates are climbing across the nation. More people are out of work, dependent on the help from Govt., using food stamps, on welfare, and a huge feeling of being left alone, without an education, poor housing, drugs taking over for actual business, and everyone WONDERS what the problem is????

We've all seen it many times. Human nature has been ignored. Money goes where the money is...and that's not in the growing Ghetto area's of the major cities where killing has become a Staple of Living without hope, or honesty backed by growing populations, and fewer services the cities are able to afford, or support when the MONEY leaves the poor behind to fend for themselves.

It was expected that OBAMA was going to solve such problems. He even PROMISED millions that he would either solve those problems or be a ONE TERM PRESIDENT.

Now, we all know what this nation needs to recover. And that DOES NOT INCLUDE OBAMA THE LIAR.

Not for gang killings. That's business as usual; it's like Muslims killing Muslims: it's generally considered a GOOD thing, not a bad thing.

I mean, face it, the fewer gangbangers the better.

Martial law gets declared when they start rioting in large numbers and breaking into stores and burning cars and buildings and getting racial --- going into other-race neighborhoods and pulling people out of cars and trucks to kill them.

THEN the city calls in the National Guard.

I thought that would happen this summer because of Occupy riots, but apparently cities found ways to keep them shut down, thank goodness.

Although, a couple good whacking riots and Obama would DEFINITELY lose the election.

Oops, I may have been premature thinking that Occupy wouldn't start riots this summer after all ----

LOS ANGELES (AP) 7/13 — A free-speech protest turned into a bottle-throwing clash with police that injured four officers and ended with 20 arrests, authorities said Friday. http://news.yahoo.com/arrests-la-police-break-protest-102145262.html
