in addition to yelling the epithet “Monday” at Crawford, Perreault had, in other settings, used racial epithets or made racist remarks.


How is monday a racial epithet???? Is this something new or does it have something to do with baseball insults?

Honestly I am confused.

Had to look it up myself. Apparently it's used back east and was also featured in a def jam comedy routine.
You know how everyone "hates Mondays"?
It became a code word to refer to blacks.

I had to read the article twice, figured I had to be missing something, I've never heard of Monday being an insult. But then I don't watch def jam comedy.


Honstly if someone yelled that I'd be like ????? No, it's Tuesday.:laugh:
