In a speech today in Virginia, Vice President Joe Biden seemed to forget we're in the 21st century (see video)

'Folks, where's it written we cannot lead the world in the 20th century in making automobiles?," said Biden.

On a side note in the 21st century, this does suprise me as I have four vehicles for my personal use and streets and driveways are crowded in the US/
