Your toilet could be a ticking time bomb. A problem with flushing mechanisms that causes toilets to explode has prompted a recall of 2.3 million toilets in the U.S. and 9,400 in Canada.
There have already been 304 complaints of exploding devices bursting, causing 14 "impact or laceration injuries," according to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (http://www.cpsc.gov/CPSCPUB/PREREL/prhtml12/12201.html).

Flushmate, the company that installed the faulty flusher, has established a website (http://flushmate.com/recall/) for customers to enter the serial number of their toilets to find out if they need to replace their toilet. They can also receive a repair kit.

I wonder if they've paniced yet in Flushing, N.Y.? Geez, think about what something like that could do to a dude! One could end up looking like this: 3868

Next time, buy American, buy a FERGUSON!

lmao do you have any idea how hysterical that would be for my toilet to explode after one of my boys or husband flushed it....the look on their faces would be priceless. As long as no one got hurt.
