I am at a loss as to how a judge can throw out something the people VOTED on and it won by majority, if it was unconstitutional than that should have been vetted PRIOR to the vote!!!!!!!!!!!! So in other words F**k the will of the people!!!

Why would anyone be surprosed by this? After all liberals gave the voters TWO chances to do the "right" thing and they blew it both times

First, the voters were stupid enough to elect Walker and a Republican State House

The left then launched a recall effort and once again the voters prove they were incapable of understanding the complex issues facing the state by NOT recalling Gov Walker and prevented the Dems from taking back the State House. In fact the voters were so uninformed they gave Gov Walker a larger margin of victory in the recall then the 2012 election

Therefore it is perfectly understandable a progressive and open minded Judge would step in a correct the voters error.

Of course this happened before and the State Supreme Court reversed the decision. Seems libs want to count every vote as long as the left agrees with the results.
