The Obama campaign has repeatedly appealed to women as if the feminist movement never happened – that is, as a monolith who can’t get sex and reproduction off the brain. Sandra Fluke and Lena Dunham have relayed the President’s message quite clearly: women should and do decide whom to vote for based on sex, birth control, and abortion. The debt, the deficit, America’s role in the world? Those aren’t women’s issues. Funny, I thought it was men who turned women into sex objects.

Singer and songwriter Katy Perry is the latest lady to objectify herself (http://www.dailymail.co.uk/tvshowbiz/article-2227512/Katy-Perry-wears-skin-tight-dress-emblazoned-Obama-slogan-Wisconsin-rally.html) for the benefit of the President’s campaign. At a campaign rally in Milwaukee earlier tonight, she sported a skin-tight dress featuring the Obama campaign slogan. Her message: I’m a sex object and I endorse this ad. Backward!

How sad it is to live in a nation where the Most popular, Undereducated Singer can convince Millions of fellow Undereducated People to fall for the glitz of a short career that only puts Money in the Singer's bank account, while those Millions who follow her...Are still Dumb, Poor, and Stupidly following a Black Rock Star who PLAYS ALL OF THEM LIKE A FIDDLE.

Any other time a singer puts on something skin tight, she's sexy. Slap an Obama logo on and all of a sudden it's objectifying women? Isn't it objectifying women all the other times too?

Gimme a break!

To a point. When you're asked to vote "your lady parts" then you are objectifying women. Although I haven't heard Perry make those sorts of statements.

I've always liked Katy, for her lovely boobies, but her music sucks.

Gimme a break! What you are failing to see either intentionally or otherwise, is that the Left has said that the Right only wants to objectify women when in actuality it is the Left who constantly use women in a degrading manner......

Nukeman. What all of us have learned to expect from Obama, and the Dems over the years. Has always been the same tactics of failure. Whenever they accuse us for anything. That is nothing more than their Prescribed, Tried, Tested, and Approved DNC method of always placing blame on others in order to DISTRACT attention from their very own tactics.

That war on women idea from Obama and the Dems, is nothing more than a cover story they always use to disguise their own WAR ON WOMEN...which we all saw working, back before Obama was elected.

First. He and the Dems used that WAR on Hillary. And after shutting her down. Remember how hard they worked to DESTROY Sarah Palin?
