As someone who this recession has taught to go where the money is, this is a head scratcher:

probably where the Wall Street bankers all live....

I hate being a conspiracy theorist, but stop and consider for a moment......

The economy was cruising along pretty good from 2004 to mid 2008 when we got hit by an economic crisis caused by Wall Street investors......in reaction, voters turn to Obama who receives massive funding from Wall Street investors........in the two months after he's elected we see a plan put forward, by Wall Street investors, to bail out the banks that caused the economic crisis that got him elected........Obama appoints Wall Street investors to his administration........he proposes a stimulus program that puts billions of dollars in the hands of Wall Street investors......none of the Wall Street investors are prosecuted by the Obama administration........is anyone curious?......

Tailfins. Not a head scratcher for me. Yesterday. I heard a report that Obama was going to announce he had WON early in the evening before ALL OF THE POLLS had closed.

Nothing mysterious about that. When you spend nearly half a BILLION dollars to buy your election. Of course 10 of the richest counties will vote for you. IT'S CALLED SCRATCHING EACH OTHER'S BACK.

And Obama even did it for the Black vote by getting STEVIE WONDER to perform...FOR FREE in highly populated Black, Democrat area's.

But don't forget. OBAMA FOLLOWERS insist. They didn't vote for him because he's Black. But because. They always vote for their BRO.

It makes perfect sense when you understand the essence of the Democrat Party: they believe that wealth is finite, and in order to be rich there must be poor. These folks know that Democrat policies are designed to prevent the poor from accumulating wealth, and therefore they will be able to keep more of it for themselves.

You have to understand. Many of those counties are wealthy because Federal employees live there.

I'm not in one of those 'top' counties, but pretty affluent and yes, it went Obama. Seriously I need to think this through:

DuPage County, Illinois

<!-- /firstHeading --> <!-- bodyContent --> <!-- tagline -->

DuPage County is a county (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/County_%28United_States%29) located in the U.S. state (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/U.S._state) of Illinois (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Illinois). Its county seat (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/County_seat) is the city of Wheaton (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wheaton,_Illinois). This county is part of the Chicago metropolitan area (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chicago_metropolitan_area). According to the 2010 census (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2010_United_States_Census), it has a population of 916,924, which is an increase of 1.4% from 904,161 in 2000.[2] (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/DuPage_County,_Illinois#cite_note-census-quickfacts-1) It is the second most populous county in Illinois after Cook County (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cook_County,_Illinois), which borders it to the north and east; the two counties account for half of the state's population. ...

Long known as one of the nation's wealthiest counties (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Highest-income_counties_in_the_United_States), DuPage County has transformed itself from a primarily agricultural economy to one rich in many different types of commerce. Today, DuPage County has the highest per capita income in the state. DuPage County's per capita income is also the highest in the Midwest. Nineteen of the county's towns have average household incomes of over $100,000...

As someone who goes out of his way the live in or near such places, I just don't see that kind of interaction. People in such places just aren't that social.
