But no ones going to jail of the all the Housing and banking scandals.
-the Libor rate fixing scandal affected Trillions of dollars.
-the Gold rate has been manipulated,
-The Derivatives and other "instruments" were frauds of billions of dollars. the crimes are known the players are known but no indictments trails or convictions to speak of. They walk off into the sunset with their bonues and private jets.
but not a D or a R justice dept or state A.G. will prosecute the bankers responsible.
But if you've you've got chickens in your backyard or a 1/2 pound of weed or sell raw milk across state lines it might mean 6 months in the pokey.

Journalist Jonathan Drew wrote for The Associated Press 24 January 2015:
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
For the third time in less than six months, a North Carolina inmate was exonerated by DNA evidence and freed after spending decades in prison for a wrongful murder conviction. This time, 70-year-old Joseph Sledge was set free on Friday after a three-judge panel found that he was innocent of killing a mother and daughter in 1976. The hearing was called after an investigation by the state's one-of-a kind investigative panel on innocence.

...Meghan Clement of Cellmark Forensics said none of the evidence collected from the scene - hair, DNA and fingerprints - belonged to Sledge. The key jailhouse informant, Herman Baker, signed an affidavit in 2013 recanting trial testimony. Baker said he lied at the 1978 trial after being promised leniency in his own drug case and he said he'd been coached by authorities on what to say.

Sure, everybody knows that those blacks are not drug selling, gangbanging criminals.
They are just small business operators trying to make a livin'!!!
And none of them ever rape, murder or rob-- as its all just da man framing 'em....
So glad all this has come to light now...---Tyr
