Joe's mom rents space in my office to handle her property.

We talk during her time spent here.

Her son, Joe is over 30 years old and works for the State of CA. Joe is a lawyer. Joe is a specialist in taxes thus his state job involves him auditing those subject to paying state taxes.

Joe spends a couple days per week here working on his private law practice.

I asked Joe after the election who he cast his vote for.

Obama he says. I spoke to him a bit on this matter and gave him some information. Since he had voted and I like Joe a lot, I just skipped it.

I knew his mother voted for Romney as had his father.

I had a minute to spare so when I saw his mom again, I asked her if she realized Joe had voted for Obama.

She grins at me and says, NO, JOE DID NOT VOTE FOR OBAMA.

I ask her why she says this.

She told me the story.

Joe had handed her his ballot and asked his mom to do the picking and she selected Romney on Joe's ballot and mailed it for him.

Joe made a mistake thinking his mom would vote for Obama.

I feel so much better now.

Don't you?

We were not able to get more extra votes than they were able to BUY and STEAL..
Joe and his ignorance won anyways because corruption is a well used tool by those in power now.

Do I feel better??? Not really. Obama won all of California's electoral votes. Now if he would have been an elector...

I feel better knowing that some people are too lazy or too stupid to vote for themselves.
And that one of them got what he deserved.

And he's a lawyer to boot.

I hired Joe when he was still in high school. And he is a fine worker. As he took the BAR, and had his share of trouble of passing it, I was right there urging him to stick with it and try, try try again. And he passed. I was very proud of Joe.

What the deal with Joe is, is that he deeply respects his parents. And I have never met a more polite man. And Joe is very sharp on law. I am not saying I want him arguing before the USSC but the guy is so on the ball and he gives double what most of them would give you.

The CA BAR is a killer. I told him he has proven by how he lives that he is a stick it out person.

But I don't think his mother fooled him, I think she is deeply respected by Joe and his lifestyle is not politics as hers is.

Actually Joe deeply respects his parents. Joe is not lazy. You got what you deserved.

You proved the old adage that some never learn. Some are easy to fool.

I tend to suspect that when his last 4 years ends, you will still be fooled by Obama.

Last, Joe is not a political animal. He spends almost all of his time here working on his law cases.

A lot of you may understand but in CA only Democrats can win offices. If the electorate does not know if a person is a D or R, then the R can win. I speak of the parts of CA that are big city. In the rural areas, Rs generally win. The population base of the rural areas generally don't back democrats.

I sure had not intended to paint Joe as some weak minded man.

Face it, only democrats get elected to be president in this state now. Jerry Brown the D is not too different from Arnold. I believe were Arnold still governor, we would see things about the same.

We have both houses in the death grip of democrats. Do not expect CA to improve. Jerry still wants that train that hits over 200 mph. Why I have no clue. we have some great airports and cheap airplane ticket prices. Why ride a train like that if you are in such a hurry? This state is nuts. I once thought the state was advanced, ----- no more.

I thought I made myself clear.

Joes vote went for Romney.

CA is a lost cause when it comes to voting for presidents. Even when this state has a R Governor, we have so many Ds infesting our cities they pull off getting president.

This state is queer.

Joe, i believe, just went with his parents. Whom ever they voted for was good enough for him.

I voted for Romney knowing that in CA, this state still was going for Obama. I never doubted for a moment that Romney could not win CA.
