FXstreet.com (Barcelona) - From 1.8 in October, the Dallas Fed Manufacturing Business Index was expected to improve to 2.0 in November, but disappointed investors by falling to -2.8.
Math is not my strong suit, but isn't off target by nearly 4? Isn't that a lot?
