...so you are saying the 'hands' were designed. The hands were intelligently-designed. The hands were created.

in fairness, they may attempt to prove that millions of years ago a mouse screwed a fish.....

This thread may soon become a very HANDY source of scientific information. IF...anyone was worried about fish growing hands.

Yes, but religion, via creationism, shouldn't be a replacement for science, via evolution, but as an explanation for science.

Nor should the religion of macro-type (one species magically turning into another) be confused with 'science'.

Interesting work

...Researchers hope that by introducing extra copies of the gene into the zebrafish embryos, some of their cells would make more of the protein....

"Of course, we haven't been able to grow hands," Casares told New Scientists, he believes that hundreds of millions of years ago, the ancestors of tetrapods for some inexplicable reason began expressing more hoxd13. He says that the greater expression of the gene could have (maybe not???) allowed fish to evolve autopods....

Extrta copies of the "gene".
the gene contains INFORMATION. They ,using Intelligence, injected more INFORMATION into another information rich gene.
They are cheating really aren't they, the evolution process does not account for NEW sets of prepackaged information injected from the outside. only small random changes that might be "beneficial" .
and even when they planed it and didn't know exactly what would happen ...

...While they maintained growing for four days, they later died...

not very beneficial.

in fairness, they may attempt to prove that millions of years ago a mouse screwed a fish.....
Uh Huh that's a great point
They ASSume that What the Mouse HAS NOW. was available before the mouse -tetrapods- ever showed up.
It Assumes that evolution is true, that the gene controller from the mouse came from the Fish "somehow got in there" but now they are just putting it back in to show that how it PROBABLY MIGHT HAVE MAYBE worked 100 million years agoooo with some unknown creature maybe.
BUT we knnoooow it happened somehow we just don't know the details. the Fossils prove it.... even though they don't.

If that does not prove that man is a GOD, what does?

[yawn] Just more of your constant strawman misrepresentation of what evolution is.
