There's a huge thing going around about this guy, one of which being this story.

‎5 yrs in Prison??? $10,000.00 fine????/ Shame!!!! He needs to be applauded!! Make this go viral!! Share!!!

This is messed up

Valley marine calls himself to duty at an Elementary school. Sgt. Craig Pusley wears his desert camo fatigues...no weapons...just him. Took it upon himself to go to the nearby school and stand watch outside. The school loved it. The principal thanked him. No pay..no breaks...just his heart felt need to do this. His reward? Marine Corp Reservists says he violated protocol bt wearing his fatigues and not his dress uniform in public. Facing $10,000 fine and 5 years in prison. Also getting a "dishonorable" stamp on his "honorable" discharge. He served 2 tours in iraq, in Baghdad and Ramadi. One in Helmand province of Afghanistan before leaving active duty.

Now he is writing a letter to the President apoligizing for his actions.

WAKE UP! This man is a wonderful outstanding brave hero in my book and to think for a second that his heart felt need to go stand in front of his little neighborhood school was wrong. Screw you! The President should be sending him a Thank you letter.

So I salute you Sgt. Craig Pusley. Thank you!

This is something I would like to see go viral. Let's stand up and say Thank you to this man who didn't think twice...he followed his heart and there is no crime in doing that.

i looked into it though, and this is what I came up with.

HUGHSON — A Marine veteran who made national news for standing guard outside a California school in (http://www.mydesert.com/article/20121220/NEWS10/312200014/Accused-Marine-faker-deeply-sorry-#) uniform denied faking his military service but was caught on video saying he was a sergeant and had been to Afghanistan.RELATED: Craig Pusley caught lying about his service in Marine Corps on video (Battle Rattle blog) (http://militarytimes.com/blogs/battle-rattle/2012/12/21/on-video-marine-caught-lying-about-his-service/)
Craig Pusley appeared outside Hughson Elementary School on Wednesday in a desert camouflage uniform to help children feel safe following the massacre of 20 children and six adults at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown, Conn., he said. He added that he was inspired in part by another Marine veteran, Staff Sgt. Jordan Pritchard, who made headlines for similar actions at Gower Elementary School in Nashville, Tenn.
Media coverage of Pusley’s actions (http://www.mydesert.com/article/20121220/NEWS08/312200004/Marine-stands-guard-Calif-elementary-school) reported that he is 28 years old and got out of the Corps as a sergeant after deploying twice to Iraq and once to Afghanistan.
In reality, Pusley graduated from boot camp at Marine Corps Recruit Depot San Diego but was in the service less than a year and never made it past private first class, Marine officials said. He never deployed or made it through military occupational specialty school, leaving the Corps designated a “basic Marine,” MOS 8000.
Pusley told Marine Corps Times in a Thursday phone interview he never lied about his military service (http://www.mydesert.com/article/20121220/NEWS10/312200014/Accused-Marine-faker-deeply-sorry-#), blaming the first reporter who interviewed him, Nan Austin of The Modesto Bee, for getting the story wrong.
“There’s a lot of fabrication to this story that didn’t come out of my mouth,” Pusley said. “All I know is that I talked to a Modesto Bee lady, and everything went crazy.”

This guy is very creepy. Who appointed him God?

Next week he'll come in the school --- with a Bushmaster AK-47. I don't like it. He needs arresting.
