Yeah, some guy, while trying to find a cure for cancer, stumbled across a way to burn salt-water as fuel, and he built the thing out of pie pans.

Why yes, yes it is. For building a clean, efficient machine that uses an infinitely renewable and INCREDIBLY abundant resource out of pie pans, this man recieves my 'MacGuyver of the Year' award.
