Conservative billionaires used a secretive funding route to channel nearly $120 million to more than 100 groups casting doubt about the science behind climate change, the Guardianhas learned.

First off, anyone is free to place their money in any funds they like, so long as it's legal. But what I would like to see, is PROOF, about the places that were ultimately funded, were about "casting doubt" or if money just went to places investigating climate changes that happen to disagree with the loony liberals. Unless there is wrongdoing on the part of the people who received funds, I don't see any big deal here. Less of a deal anyway than those on the other side already busted for lying and making things up.

One can read for days, and the swindlers and cheats are profiting off of this nonsense.

Oh puhlease! Motherjones has to be the least biased site I've ever seen as evidenced by the term "dark-money" for that contributed by conservative causes.

I was trying as hard as possible not to go after the source. One would think an exposing such as this would be on every media outlet, TV/Paper & net.

The old saying, if you build it, they will come ....

applies to climate so called science.

I say so called since science is not intended to be a political football. But the religious left persists trying to convert science to some cult type religion where your duty is to blame other men. Mind you, per the left, the left lives the perfect life. They refuse to pollute, refuse to emit carbon dioxide and only suffer good habits.

It then becomes our duty to do all of the changing.

Science is designed as a tool, an art form in some cases to seek truth. And it does not try to discredit those who do honest research.

For some reason, the left loves attacking research results and proclaiming them to be politics.

Even though the very nature of scientific inquiry is to come at all items trying to disprove some scientists claim.

They don't mind trying to refute the scientists that say global climate simply would be very much what it is right now even had Carbon Dioxide not been added to by humans.

We have some expert scientists that say, wait a minute, what you see, rising temperatures are just far too tiny to matter. And upon closer use of science, since their field of study is climate, they still get smeared by the left. And they show us all that first came temperature rise followed by an uprising of Carbon Dioxide.

Besides who wants to lose the Great Lakes to an ice age as it once existed. Those lakes prove that warming is good for humans.

Be humble and stop acting like you control climate of a global scale.
