I saw this and got to thinking that if they can actually achieve -269 C (the temp of liquid helium) then they could build a computer processor with those materials that superconduct at -269 C and cool it with this technology. Expect another PC boom within a few years.

Missileman. Looks like we are about to enter another age of Nothing being Impossible. Combine this technique with the new 3D printing tech, and there's no end to what is possible. Our problem is...as common human beings is...how do we keep up?

I wish my CPU was self cooling! I'm a freak when it comes to ensuring cool temps in my computer.

Also, while different, anyone buy a solid state HDD yet?
