The bill filed Saturday by state Sen. Audrey Gibson, D-Jacksonville, would require a three-day waiting period for the sale of any firearm and the sale of ammunition to anyone who has not completed anger management courses. The proposal would require ammo buyers to take the anger management courses every 10 years.
She can kiss my hairy yellow ass.

This would not withstand a constitutional challenge.

LOL! Why not? and throw in the same requirement for driver's license applicants (road rage anyone?) and car buyers.

Cars don't kill people.

Sounds like the perfect reason, or excuse for people to go over the state line, and buy their ammo in other states.

Which....if some smart/dumb politician in Florida see's...will erode their tax revenue even further since Florida has no Income Tax.

And the CIRCLE keeps going ROUND, and ROUND, and ROUND.
