Who understands budgeting?
I understand it and want to know who else does?
I am about sick and tired of the nonsense so called budget being worked on by the Senate.
It is nonsense. Some of the republicans (Sen Sessions and Robinson) have tried to force the budget guys working FOR Democrats to come out and tell the truth.
No matter how simple they make it, Democrats persist in this con job.
My god, how can they use two bases for one budget? How can Democrats double dip as they do?
