I saw this from beginning to end. Cruz was not treating her like a 6th grader. She kept missing the point. She got frustrated and lashed out at Cruz, however Cruz was entirely correct.

I was making the argument over a month ago about the second amendment being infringed on and that it is not legal to infringe on it.

Democrats are more than infringing, they act as if those words are in vanishing ink. They can't see those words.

The type of gun is less important than the type of criminal.

Any gun can take the life of anybody. I have a .22 cal pistol that has the bullets not a lot larger than BBs. So, if my semi automatic pistol can take a life, why outlaw guns that cost much more and for that reason put a heavier burden on the criminal than my .22 pistol puts on them?

They keep saying assault weapons were used in mass killings yet on this forum it has been proven that the one gun not banned is the preferred gun and it is a pistol that shoots 9mm bullets. Not the AR-15 to be banned, but the thing women can put inside a purse. The AR-15 won't fit in any woman's purse.

By the way, Mitch McConnell talked and he stood next to the present regulations caused by the ACL and it stands about 7 feet tall and has over 20,000 pages.

When they pass laws, the law breeds pages upon pages of regulations.

If President Obama supports stricter gun laws, waiting periods, registration, background checks, assault weapon ban, etc...

...then WHY did he just pardon someone who was found guilty of possessing an unregistered firearm?

Of Obama’s most recent pardons, the offenses included falsely altering a money order, unauthorized acquisition of food stamps, drug violations and possession of an unregistered firearm.

Isn't that just a wee bit hypocritical?
