You arise one day and you feel pretty poorly.

You have some choices in this very real world.

A. Call to get an appointment with your regular doctor.
B. Go to Walmart and pick a booth that is not busy.

You khow what happens at your doctor.

But at the Booth, you can use a touch screen and explain your symptoms.

You have equipment your doctor uses to follow directions and using a computer along with a video screen, you accomplish what amounts to a self examination.

Temperature, eyes examined, nose, throat and more are tested as you follow directions.

The expense is said to mirror the cost of the regular office visit.

Who would use this to self test for problems?

By the way, this is no dream. It is out. And it is shown at Las Vegas electronics show. To see wh at it looks like, visit the CSPAN web page.

Part of this is you see the doctor on the monitor and you talk to said doctor. And you reply to his questions.

Again, would you use this?

Dr. Computer will be the cause of many early deaths should Obama care decide to force it's use as a way to save money.
AND ANYTHING TO SAVE MONEY WILL SOON BE OBAMA CARE'S OVERRIDING GOAL.. You can count on it!--Tyr

I was not thinking down those lines but what you say is a possibility. But will Democrats care?

6 viewers but one comment??? Seems quiet to me.

C. Like a normal human being who know's that doctors aren't magic and usually don't do crap for anything, you suck it up.

And then you have more choices, run to get your body moving and going overtime to help kill whatever's wrong with you, pop some asprin, drink coffee to jolt your senses, or taking it easy and having soup.

Did you happen to catch today the last day of the convention?

It was riveting.

I can't be certain but I believe some Democrat moles were there.

I did not know till today that Artur Davis had quit being a Democrat and joined the Republican party.

Tyr. Does anybody wonder whether Dr. Computer is able to perform CPR for someone who refuses to admit...since they aren't conscious, that they are having a Heart Attack????

Tyr, that sort of remark only happens should a person not have seen the program nor get the drift of just what the booth is supposed to be doing.
