I wonder how our fascist government will react when we assert these rights.

Our leaders are destroying our nation with trade policy designed not to help americans, but only to cut labor costs and boost corporate profits, and please foreign dictators.

They are destroying our borders for this same goal.

Bush has given himself power to assume control of the government in "emergency situations". Can you say "transparent power grab"?

We Have The Power to say no, though our leaders will deny it. They are completely corrupt.


Don't forget, we have the power and right to change things.

it's amazing how well neocons have been made to believe that if you are against big government controlling everything and acting against the will and the good of people then you are an anti-american liberal... there is no logic or reasoning with people who think everything is A-ok because the news tells them so, and our leaders say it's for our own good... meanwhile we're all getting fucked so some elites can make more money and buy off the government in the process.

a lot of it is because of all the stupid people out there opposing neocons, having a hard on for thinking and saying that bush is singlehandedly trying to take over the world and ruin America, he's no worse than any other president we've had for the last few decades... he's just a pawn in a much bigger game, this partisan bullshit is making it hard for anyone to be taken seriously who thinks things need to drastically change.

I guess this is the best place on this site, since most here dismiss obvious proof of a coming fascist international order as CONSPIRACY THEORY, even though it's all documented within public view. Disband the PRIVATE CORPORATION that controls our money supply, The Federal Reserve. Reindex the dollar to some kind of tangible good, perhaps a grouping of commodities, soybeans, gold, silver, oil. Limit trade to partners with the same view of individual rights and freedom, so the barbarity of servitude and slavery is not rewarded with the dollars of the free. Mandatory gun ownership for all adults over 21. Just a couple ideas. what have you got?

As for rebellion against the government, I don't think we're there yet, but I've begun to think it's inevitably moving that way. No because capitalism, unfettered capitalism, trumps all else. I believe in minimal, and I mean minimal government interference in the affairs of private business.

Private business, today's private business is moral, very moral despite what anti-achievers like you say, they know that bad publicity, the kind that abuse of workers wouyld bring would drive down business and profits so companies and corporations bend over backwards to accomodate workers in the form of benefits, profit sharing, retirement plans etc. etc.

In the case of China it is up to the Chinese people to change their labor laws from within and sure as there is a God those things will change from within, as the populace becomes more wealthy and desires the finer things in life such as personal freedoms the government will soon have to choose between the things that a monied poulace brings through capitalism or they will have to crackdown and go back to being broke......gee wonder which one they will choose? Americans should not be hindered in anyway, shape or form from capitalizing on China's emerging capitalism because some stupid fucking bleeding heart is sad because some 16 yr old from Shangzu is working in a factory in Bejing now. Tough shit, its a shitty world sometimes, can't save them all.

Without Unions of American workers, there would have never been this benefit of the internet to speak to one another. That is lost on many of our population.

Although I would like to ultimately thank GOD for the ability of my parents to provide me with an average upbringing I have to also thank the trade and professional Unions that allowed and provided them with the voice and wherewithal to expect and demand a fair shake in the marketplace of American labour. If fairness was ever a consideration of the capitalists the Unions would have never been necessary. They, the unions, are now more necessary than ever.

We will be in the streets soon enough to demand simply a fair shake in this economic equation.

Unions had their place about 80 or 90 years ago but today are largely irrelevant with the maturation of businesses and corporations. Unions are basically in it to rape businesses of as much profit as they can for as little work as they can get away with.

Unions are antithetical to the American way.

It's underneath the garbage pile of laws that have been made to circumvent the constitution, waterdown the rights of states and individuals and line the pockets of greedy bureacrats. This is one of the reasons the second amendment exists. It's so that the people can take back their government by force if necessary. Once again though, the government has made laws that prohibit citizens from both organizing militias AND owning the level of firepower needed to fight the government.

No, 100+years ago industry and business were immature in America doing things such as employing 10 yr olds at slave wages in mines etc. etc., unions put an end to practices such as those but corporations have grown and matured and unions have morphed into getting the most for their members for the least amount of work.

Unions need to be abolished and business needs to be deregulated.

The mechanisms are not in place in china for the government to respond to the grievances of the people. They're not a democracy. they don't believe in civil rights.
