Crap! The one and only time I went scuba diving we got to see a barracuda. That was a scary looking bastard and he was only about 2 feet long. I'd probably have crapped myself if I was under water and saw this bastard coming out from under a rock!

Really didn't like seeing "Does Gay mean act like opposite sex" and "monster barracuda" next to one-another in the 'new replies' list.

I can shoot very well but darn

I must be the worst fisherman alive.

I got a terrible sunburn fishing for catfish in the San Joaquin river in the SF Bay Area delta area.

The owner of the boat easily pulled in about 32 and i caught 3 or 4. The thing is, the boat owner noticed I had 3 of them or all of them, and he either told me to yank or he did it for me. I was about 15 at the time. I feel I caught one fish on my own but at a different spot and it was a bass. None of the fish were of much size. I took my daughter and the step son up to above Sonora CA to a decent sized lake and took rod and reel and the two kids caught some planted trout.

I just don't enjoy trout from a planted lake. That stuff they feed trout ruins the flavor in CA as far as I am concerned.

Are any of you very good fishermen?

When I saw that barracuda, I found out it was caught in Angola in Africa. It startled me so I did some checking. Don't know why but at first I confused it with the Sturgeon we have in the Bay Area. I have heard of some pretty large sturgeon caught in the part of the bay where the ships are mothballed. Searched for images and there is an image of some fish that has enormous teeth not a lot larger than that barracuda.

Take a look at this dude
