A few troubling things coming out of the so called bi-partisan bill. Not only are employers who hired illegals exempt, but there are loopholes for them to get welfare.

AWESOME

Employers who have allowed illegal immigrants to work off the books can come forward safely and provide their work history without fear of prosecution, and businesses that knowingly employed someone using a bogus or stolen Social Security (http://www.washingtontimes.com/news/2013/apr/29/immigration-bill-grants-amnesty-employers-illegals/#) number likewise would get a pass, according to an analysis of the bill by the Center for Immigration Studies (http://www.washingtontimes.com/topics/center-for-immigration-studies/),

Senate Budget Committee ranking member Sen. Jeff Sessions (R-AL) uncovered this loophole in the bill and many others, and he will circulate a memo detailing the gaps in the bill on Tuesday.
If the bill were signed into law, America’s 11 million illegal immigrants would be legalized within six months, when Department of Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano submits her border security plan (http://www.breitbart.com/Big-Government/2013/04/29/Exclusive-Immigration-bill-would-load-immediate-fiscal-burden-onto-state-local-governments-by-allowing-illegal-immigrants-onto-welfare#) to Congress. Illegal immigrants would immediately be eligible for Registered Provisional Immigrant (RPI) status, making them legal to live and work in the country.
As Sessions’ staff points out in the memo, “state laws frequently extend benefits to anyone ‘lawfully present’ in the U.S.” The Sessions team points to a Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) brief (http://aspe.hhs.gov/hsp/11/ImmigrantAccess/Eligibility/ib.shtml) that details how the only requirement many state and local governments have with regard to immigrant access (http://www.breitbart.com/Big-Government/2013/04/29/Exclusive-Immigration-bill-would-load-immediate-fiscal-burden-onto-state-local-governments-by-allowing-illegal-immigrants-onto-welfare#) to public benefits is that they are “lawfully present.” The term “lawfully present” is a legal definition (http://www.uscis.gov/ilink/docView/SLB/HTML/SLB/0-0-0-1/0-0-0-11185/0-0-0-11549/0-0-0-12296.html).

I've already written Rubio and McCain, although I don't think they actually read or care about anything they get from the voters.

Anyone remember what I have been telling all of you, constantly about Politicians, and how they always Will betray WE THE PEOPLE?

If not. A Politician is always, first, and foremost a Politician for Him, or Herself.

We the people will pay for his, or her lifetime of existence long after they leave the office as betrayal specialists to us.

Therefore. WE THE PEOPLE cannot, and should not Ever TRUST any Politician. No matter what political party they claim to protect them.

Once they become legal the path for citizenship for their families in Mexico comes into play. That brings in the total new citizens created up to 35 million in twenty-five years. Would certainly destroy this nation as it was founded. Which is the true and overriding intent of the powerful force pushing this crap! Additionally those new citizens having only paid into SOCIAL SECURITY FOR A VERY SHORT TIME GETS THE FUL BENEFITS!
AND THAT COULD BE NEAR A TRILLION DOLLARS IN THE LONG RUN. sURELYWOULD BANKRUPT THE ALREADY TROUBLED SYSTEM.
Again, likely the true intent of the power behind doing this. -Tyr

Oh yea, adult Mexicans hold the US in 'high regard,' so high in fact that more than a third would come to US, legal or not:

More than 11 million Mexicans live in the U.S., including about 6 million who are in the country illegally.1 (http://www.pewglobal.org/2013/04/29/u-s-image-rebounds-in-mexico/#fn-26080-1) Mexicans are divided on whether this is good or bad for their country; 44% say it is good for Mexico that many of its citizens live in the U.S., and an equal share say this is bad for Mexico.

About six-in-ten Mexicans (61%) say they would not move to the U.S. even if they had the means and opportunity to do so. However, a sizable minority (35%) say they would move to the U.S. if they could, including 20% who say they would emigrate without authorization.

Mexicans are less likely than they were a year ago to say that people from their country who move to the U.S. have a better life there; 47% say life is better in the U.S., compared with 53% in 2012. About one-in-five (18%) say Mexicans have a worse life in the U.S., while 29% say it is neither better nor worse. However, among those who have close friends or relatives living in the U.S., 70% say these friends or relatives have achieved their goals, while just 25% believe they have been disappointed.

Three-in-ten Mexicans say they personally know someone who went to the U.S. but returned to Mexico because the person could not find work. About a quarter (27%) know someone who has been deported or detained by the U.S. government for immigration reasons in the last 12 months.
